Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Global Systems services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Services Description

Global Systems provides enterprise-grade AI automation solutions, including:

  • Custom AI automation system design and implementation
  • Four-week KPI-anchored pilot programs
  • AI architecture consulting and governance frameworks
  • System integration and workflow automation
  • Training and change management support
  • Ongoing maintenance and optimization services

Service Level Objectives

For managed services, Global Systems targets a 99.5% uptime objective for production systems under our operational control. This excludes scheduled maintenance windows, third-party service disruptions, and client infrastructure issues.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement:

  • Global Systems retains ownership of all proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and reusable components
  • Client-specific implementations and deliverables are licensed to the client for their operational use
  • Pre-existing intellectual property remains with the respective owner
  • Any improvements or derivatives of our frameworks remain our intellectual property

Data Ownership and Security

Client data remains the property of the client at all times. Global Systems implements:

  • Role-based access controls for all systems
  • Encryption in transit using TLS protocols
  • Encryption at rest where supported by underlying platforms
  • Detailed audit trails and logging
  • Regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
  • Compliance with GDPR, POPIA, and applicable sector regulations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Warranties and Representations

Services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellence and implement quality assurance processes, we do not warrant that:

  • Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • All defects will be corrected immediately
  • Results will meet specific performance expectations not documented in writing
  • Third-party integrations will function without issues

Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees become immediately due
  • Client data will be returned or destroyed as specified in the agreement
  • Access to systems and services will be revoked
  • Confidentiality obligations continue as specified

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your service agreement, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
